Terms of use

Effective July 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Undersky application ("Undersky," the "App"), published by Pacefyx, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). Read them before you use the App.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Undersky, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. At first launch the App asks you to confirm that you accept these Terms; tapping to accept records your agreement.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Undersky. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you can form a binding contract. Adults may add family members, including children, to read family relationships; the adult who does so is responsible for that use.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Undersky on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the store you obtained the App from. We reserve every right not expressly granted.

Undersky is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Astrology is not science. Readings and chart interpretations are offered to prompt reflection, not to direct your decisions.

The App does not know your circumstances and cannot account for them. You are solely responsible for the choices you make. If you act on anything you read in Undersky, you do so at your own risk.

6. Safety; not a crisis service

Undersky is not a crisis line, a counseling service, or any kind of emergency or support service, and it does not monitor you or contact anyone on your behalf. Nothing in the App is watching for your wellbeing.

If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency number now. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (24/7), or call 911. Outside the United States, use your local emergency number.

7. Sharing charts and invite links

When you invite someone to compare charts, Undersky creates a link that carries your computed planetary positions so the other person's device can build the reading without any account or server. That link is not posted anywhere, is not discoverable, and cannot be guessed; it exists only where you send it. Undersky itself never transmits or stores it.

You choose who receives the link. Please share it only with people you trust, and be aware that anyone who obtains the link, and who knows how to interpret planetary position data, could derive natal chart information from it. Links are time-limited and stop working after they expire. Once you send a link, the person who receives it has the information you chose to share; treat it as you would any personal information you hand to someone.

8. Purchases, prices, and refunds

Undersky has no subscriptions. Your daily horoscope, your natal chart and its reading, and a first look at your year are free. Some things are optional purchases: relationship readings are a one-time purchase that stays yours, and precise forecasts are bought for the days you want them.

Every purchase is a fixed, named digital item, delivered immediately on your device once the purchase completes. There are no chance mechanics, no mystery items, and no prize mechanics.

Apple, or Google where you obtained the App from Google Play, displays the price in your local storefront currency and, where local law requires it, includes applicable taxes and mandatory charges in the displayed total. We do not add a separate fee of our own.

To request a refund, use the Apple or Google refund route shown on your receipt. If something did not arrive, did not work, or did not match its description, email hello@undersky.app and we will help. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, repair, replacement, price-reduction, termination, or refund right you have where you live, including any non-excludable Australian Consumer Law guarantee.

9. Warranty disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IT GENERATES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms, even if we were advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, or five U.S. dollars (USD $5.00) if you paid nothing.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

Undersky, its content, design, wordmark, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the App, not any ownership of it.

13. The app stores

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where you obtain the App from Google Play, Google's terms govern that distribution in the same way. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

14. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version is posted at undersky.app/terms.html with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Where local consumer law gives you mandatory rights or a mandatory forum, those rights and that forum are preserved.

16. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the store's own end user license agreement and the App's privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Sections 5 through 13 survive any termination.
